To Make…..       Chicken Biryani
 
You will need….
 
2tbsp oil
1 pack Made Easy Carrot and Coriander soup mix
300g basmati rice
750ml chicken or vegetable stock
400g raw chicken meat
2tbsp hot curry paste
 
Method…
1) Add oil to a large flame proof casserole dish set over a medium heat.
2) Add chicken and carrot mix to the and cook for 5 minutes until onion is soft and the chicken is brown.
3) Add the rice, stock and curry paste.
4) Reduce the heat cover and simmer gently for 15 minutes until the rice is tender and all the liquid has been absorbed. Serve hot.
