Wholesome Pizza -  Mighty Fast! 
 
This week a savory tray bake using Mighty Mash as the base or a savory ready made pizza base. Tortilla wraps are also ideal as a basis for healthy topped vegetables. If you have two or three children to feed at a moment’s notice then use any of the above bases, add a few thin, finely chopped slices of red onion, some cherry tomatoes and a little chopped ham topped with low-fat cheese. Pop into the microwave and reheat for 1-2 minutes. Serve hot with a little salad - Great low calorie dish.

Great on their own, sliced or sizzled with their juicy, fruity flavor are one of the great treats of summer. Packed full of Vitamin Ca and Beta-Cardone you can intensify their flavor by baking or roasting in the oven, it reduces the water content and concentrates flavor and acidity. 

For a special flavor sprinkle with a little sea salt, olive oil and balsamic vinegar before roasting in the oven for 7-8 minutes.
