Kids Meals - wholesome and tasty

Cooking and serving suggestions for this unique healthy range of potato based dishes served on their own, with a topping, on the side or undercover. Totally versatile for kids meal's at any time of day.
1. Potato, Leek & Sweetcorn
Cook in a microwave, then serve topped with beans and grilled sausage or bacon to reflect the low-fast, low-cost meal prepared in minutes. Popular dish for a mighty mash meal.
2. Potato, Carrot & Pea
A colourful textured dish, great topped with a kebab either vegetarian with chunks of grilled tomato, onion, pepper, celery or with added cubes of cooked beef, chicken, bacon, sausage or fish.
3. Potato, Brocolli & Carrot
Use as a pizza base topped with tomato slices, chopped bacon and 1oz/25g grated melting cheese. Place in a microwave. Either unmould before topped with pizza incredients or serve in its own container. Great with a little salad on the side.
Health Tip with Mighty Mash
Use any variety of Mighty Mash cooked as per instruction. Grill or oven bake a small piece of low-fat, low-cost white fish e.g. whiting or cod for a healthier fish and chip dish
